Ireland Apostille - Legalising all Irish documents
UK GRO Certificates provides a fast and simple service to obtain an
Apostille stamp on your documents.
We arrange for your Apostille Certificate and take care of everything for you. Simply
place order with us and send us your documents as per instructions after completing
order and we will return the legalised documents within the time frame selected
at time of order. There are no hidden charges just a quick apostille service.
The Apostille Certificate is a paper attachment which is fixed permanently to your
supplied papers. The documents will then be accepted as authentic in any of the
Hague Convention countries that will accept the Apostille (and some others). As
it is glued and embossed with the Legalisation Office Apostille seal you may wish
to legalise a certified copy so that the originals remain unchanged.
We are mainly specializing in preparing documents issued in Ireland to be used
in other states, this procedure is called documents legalization. The purpose of
legalizing is to validate you documents issued or certified in one state for
presenting and using in any authorities of another State.
In other words a foreign document when legalized has equal legal force with the
documents issued in the destination state. There are several types of
legalization. The countries-members of the Hague Convention of October 5, 1961
require Apostille certification whereas for any other states the consular
legalization is needed. You can only get your document sworn or legalized in the
country where it was issued, however, legalization itself may be not sufficient
for validating the content of the document in another country, as some specific
documents like, for instance, power of attorney usually have to be filed in
accordance with the certain rules accepted in the state.
