Delivery information
We aim to process applications which detail the correct information, on the day
we receive it. Please include a daytime telephone number or e-mail address so that
we can contact you quickly in the case of any query.
Please Note: Stated delivery times are in addition to the time taken to produce
your documents
Regular service:We aim to despatch Certificate within 10 to 15 working days
(not including weekends or bank holidays) from receipt.
Rapid service: If you need record index search to find the match of your
details and certificate, we offer a Rapid Service where the certificate is despatched
within 4 to 5 working days with the search results for future reference.
Urgent Service : you need a certificate urgently, we offer a fast Urgent
service where the certificate is despatched within 1 to 3 working days.
Applications may be made on a Saturday, but will not be processed until the
following Monday.
We offer the
widest range of delivery methods to ensure that our clients receive their documents
within a time suitable to their needs. All documents are shipped in C5 board-backed
envelopes to ensure that documents are protected during transit. Our choices are
as follows:
