I am researching my fathers family who originally came from ireland, I am doing the research with ANCESTRY.COM. unfortunately you cannot order irish certificates through them, so i was glad to find UK GRO. i needed my grand fathers-- sister's marriage certificate to continue my research and i used UK GRO to obtain it.
